Judges’ Association of Serbia and Association of Public Prosecutors and Deputy Public Prosecutors of Serbia will, through their representatives in MEDEL and EAJ, take part in the Silent March on January 11 in Warsaw, along with their colleagues from other European States.
JAS and PAS applaud independent judges in Poland, support their brave resistance against measures breaching independence of the judiciary and derogating the rule of law, and encourage them to persevere in their fight.
