The project aims to enhance the independence of public prosecutors in Serbia, aligning their work with the requirements of the European integration process. Through the analysis of the legal framework, advocacy for reforms, and strengthening the transparency of the judicial system, we contribute to the rule of law and legal security.
The project "On the Path to the EU: The Response of Serbian Institutions to Civil and Political Rights" aims to support the development of a society in Serbia that respects rights and freedoms — particularly the rights to assembly, expression, and association — for both citizens and members of the judiciary, while simultaneously opposing abuses of power.
