PAS has prepared the brochure through which experts and the general public briefly present the working version of the Law of the High Prosecutorial Council, one of the primary laws that will enable the constitutional amendments in the field of justice, promulgated at the beginning of this year, to work in practice. Working version is awaiting comments from the Venice Commission. It can be seen in full on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
The working version of the Law on The Law of the High Prosecutorial Council (HPC) foresees the expansion of the jurisdiction of this body, economic autonomy based on the Constitutional Court, and criteria for selecting prominent lawyers in the ranks of the HPC.
