Prosecutors Association of Serbia (PAS) became an Observer Member of the European Network of Prosecutors for the Environment – ENPE.
ENPE is an international association of public prosecutors whose overarching aim is to improve consistency in the prosecution of environmental crime through developing and promulgating best practice guidance and training, convening conferences and workshops, and enabling networking among its members and stakeholders.
Established in 2012, it has representatives from 36 countries, including 24 of the 27 EU states.
