PAS has prepared the brochure through which experts and the general public briefly present the working version of the Law on the Public Prosecutor’s Office, one of the primary laws that will enable the constitutional amendments in the field of justice, promulgated at the beginning of this year, to work in practice. Working version is awaiting comments from the Venice Commission. It can be seen in full on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
The working version of the Law on the Public Prosecutor’s Office deals with undue influence on the prosecutor, foresees the expansion of the role of the collegium of the public prosecution, and makes new proposals regarding the mandatory instruction of the chief prosecutor.
