Representatives of the Prosecutor Association of Serbia, Lidija Komlen Nikolić, President of the PAS Presidency, and Svetlana Nenadić, President of the PAS Management Board, participated in the ENPE workshop “Environmental Crime Directive (EU) 2024/1203 – Prosecuting Legal Persons,” held on 27–28 October 2025 in Coimbra, Portugal.

The ENPE Working Groups workshop brought together 47 delegates and speakers from 20 countries, focusing on the prosecution of legal persons under the new EU Environmental Crime Directive. Participants exchanged experiences, discussed challenges in implementing the Directive, and explored ways to advance prosecutorial practice in this field.

Representatives of the European Commission, Eurojust, and IMPEL also took part, sharing their ongoing work and initiatives related to environmental crime.

It is important to note that, in July this year, the Association of Public Prosecutors of Serbia became a Full Member of ENPE.
