First, ENPE officially announced that the Prosecutors Association of Serbia became a Full Member of the European Network of Prosecutors for the Environment in July 2025. This recognition marks a significant step in strengthening international cooperation in the field of environmental criminal law and confirms the growing role of Serbian prosecutors within the European framework.

Second, the newsletter includes a detailed report from the ENPE Working Groups Workshop, held on 27–28 October 2025 at the University of Coimbra Faculty of Law, Portugal, where PAS representatives — Lidija Komlen Nikolić, President of the PAS Presidency, and Svetlana Nenadić, President of the PAS Management Board — participated. The workshop focused on prosecuting legal persons under the new Environmental Crime Directive (EU) 2024/1203, gathering 47 delegates from 20 countries.
