After the implemented judicial reform, the new Judicial Councils started implementing the new judicial laws.
The very beginning of the work of the new composition of the High Prosecutorial Council was marked by the fact that they did not apply the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, the principles of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as the provisions of the newly adopted Law on Public Prosecution.
After the High Prosecutorial Council session on June 19, 2023, the chief public and public prosecutors were allowed to exercise their rights by submitting an appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia.
